First time I used it I felt that it was a bit hars to my skin because I have sensitive skin, but if you do it in the shower, you will get used to it. A day later I looked at my skin, and it looked so much better! My skin was actually glowing, it looked more healthier. After a few weeks my spots on my forehead had disapeared. I used to strugle with a lot of spots and didn't know what I had to do to get rid of them, but now I do.
